Local DJ lets down client at the last minute

This morning, I had a call from a bride in tears.  A DJ from a local firm in Worthing whom she had booked for her special day let her down with a text message.  What on earth goes though the minds of these people?  A wedding is a very very important event, not something which can be taken lightly.

I would never ever do this, once booked, I will guarantee to be there.  In 28 years of DJing, I have never let anyone down, and I find his practice abhorrent.  Unfortunately, this does happen, and we do receive calls like this with frightening regularity.

Reliability, trust, professionalism, and peace of mind are all key values which I work hard on in my business model.  For more infrmation on how I work, visit my website - there is a page of relevant questions and answers which give you an idea of how I ensure that the booking experience is great.

Today, another bride has called me to ask if I was available on 26th September as her DJ had let her down. She was not issued with a contract.
